Sometimes being in a small dorm room for long periods of the days isn't super healthy. I wanted to see something bigger.
Then, a quick adventure to a random park led to me filming a little video thing for an upcoming music project.
I won't lie, the doom and gloom of these past few weeks is getting to be pretty exhausting, both in the sense of mental health and lack of Vitamin D. I've lived in the River City for a month; for half of that time, I haven't been able to see the city properly shine under the sun! It's pretty at night though.
I came across this parking lot for Stone Brewing in the eastern side of Richmond. Some cool infrastructure and seems like a neat place generally. Might have also gone on a little path to something a bit more abandoned...
Thought it would be cool to try a smidge of black and white too. Definitely gonna experiment with that more.
And into the woods we go... (Into the Woods! Into the Woods!)
The CSX Peninsula Subdivision runs over this spot on this super neat long bridge (aqueduct? I dont't even know). Would be super sick to catch a train running through here.Â
This massive group of bikers came through shortly after I got back in my car. They passed by so close that I was worried they were gonna crash into my super valuable 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix. Imagine how badly the car would've been hurt (I don't know about the biker). Actually, I think I have it backwards. The Pontiac is immortal. The biker would instantly be ejected into the vast depths of space while the Pontiac would be left without a scratch. (I have been awake for a very long time and am no longer making sense. Help)
